Shipping Terms

Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, Vatican City, United Kingdom, United States of America, Belarus, Cyprus

Shipping Costs Within Germany
Deliveries within Germany: 7.42 € (incl. VAT) per order
We ship with DHL, UPS, DPD
From an order value of 350 Euros, delivery is free of shipping costs for online orders. 
No shipping costs will be charged for self-collection.

Shipping costs outside Germany depend on the country and the quantity of delivery.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the item description, delivery of goods in Germany is within 5-15 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 15 days after order confirmation (with agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

For self-collection, we will inform you by email about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Payment Terms

For deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- Cash payment only for pickup

Payable within 5 days.
For pickup, the goods are paid for in cash.
