Shipping Terms

Delivery occurs within Germany and to the following countries:

Shipping Costs Within Germany
Deliveries within Germany: 7.42 € (incl. VAT) per order
We ship with DHL, UPS, DPD
From an order value of 350 Euros, delivery is free of shipping costs for online orders. 

Shipping costs outside of Germany depend on the country and the delivery volume.

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the item description, delivery of the goods in Germany occurs within 5-15 working days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 15 days after order confirmation (if prepayment has been agreed upon, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, provided we have not made any different agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
